Readings are by PHONE or ZOOM AUDIO LINK ONLY. Please understand that readings by phone and audio only are the most powerful way to connect without visual distraction. The connection Shelly makes with you is Spirit to Spirit and you will find that you will have a more profound experience of an energetic connection between yourself and Shelly, and those she brings through to speak with you. Her happy repeat clients testify to the value of readings by phone or zoom audio. Shelly will record your Zoom Audio Reading as a courtesy, but she is not responsible for technical difficulties and will not reschedule in that event. Please be ready to take notes or have an alternative way to record your session prepared in advance of your reading. If you are using a phone app to record, you must understand how it works in advance so it does not take away from the time and focus being held for you. Many people record on their computer or tablet by using Voice Memo.  You acknowledge and agree that any manner of recording shall be intended for your personal use only, and may not be reproduced or distributed for profit, public presentation or for any media. 

Refund and Rescheduling Policy: Payments received are considered Final. No refunds will be issued. Please give 24 hours notice in the event you need to reschedule your session. Cancelled sessions will be rescheduled one time only.
